Return & Shipping Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed & without odor or fragrance. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card. Contact your bank if you have yet to receive your refund. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@bpapparel.net.

 

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@bpapparel.net and send your item to: Built Project Llc, Po Box 470, Jarrell TX 76537, United States.

Please keep your tracking number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING POLICY WHEN PURCHASING:

 

U.S. SHIPPING

- We ship to all 50 U.S. States, Washington D.C., all U.S. Territories. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Boxes.

- All products ship from Built Project LlcPo Box 470, Jarrell TX 76537, United States.

- Orders are processed for shipping Monday - Friday, except on major holidays.

- During peak season and holiday shopping events, it can take up to 2-5 days to process orders shipping by Standard Ground.

- Standard - typically takes 2 to 7 business days from the ship date. This depends solely on USPS. We do our best to ship it the same day. However, sometimes they can be delayed.

- Please be patient with us during peak holiday seasons.

- We can only see what you see with the tracking information provided during shipment via USPS.
